Essential Toronto Tips

Weather: Mid-June to early July in Toronto means warm to hot weather — typically 20-30°C (68-86°F). Bring sunscreen for outdoor matches and fan zones. Evening matches can cool down, so pack a light jacket.

SIM/Data: Canadian data plans are notoriously expensive. Your best bet is to grab a prepaid eSIM before you arrive. Providers like Airalo or Holafly offer Canada data plans from $5-15 for your trip length.

Tipping: Standard tipping in Canada is 15-20% at restaurants and bars. This is expected, not optional.

Currency: Canadian Dollar (CAD). Most places accept credit/debit cards. Tap payment is widely available.

🛡️ Don't Forget Travel Insurance

Canada has no free healthcare for visitors. One ER visit can cost $1,000+.
