LoyalVale Inc. operates worldcupvisa.ca, an independent travel information resource providing guides, visa information, city guides, travel tools, and fan merchandise related to the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Canada.

8. Merchandise and E-Commerce

When our merchandise store launches, the following terms will apply to all purchases:

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include applicable taxes or taxes will be clearly itemized before checkout
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation
• We will make every effort to deliver within the stated timeline
• You may cancel your order if delivery is not made within 30 days of the promised date, in accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act

Returns and Refunds

• Refund and return policies will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
• Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 15 days
• Products must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached
• Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective

Waitlist

Joining our shop waitlist does not constitute a purchase or binding order. It registers your interest and entitles you to early access and a promotional discount code when the store launches. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the waitlist program at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoyalVale Inc. and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Email Communications (CASL Compliance)

By subscribing to our emails, you expressly consent to receive commercial electronic messages from LoyalVale Inc. (worldcupvisa.ca), including newsletters, travel updates, merchandise notifications, and product recommendations that may contain affiliate links.

Every email we send includes:

• Our business name and contact information
• A functional unsubscribe mechanism

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
